T-Bone, Oil, Salt, Lemon, Mustard
baise t-bone with oil and salt
t-bone should be at room temp
prepare hot bbq
place t-bone on grill for 3-4 mins
move t-bone 90 degrees for 3-4 mins
flip t-bone & cook approx. 3-4 mins
take off heat (allow to rest for 10 mins)
place back on high heat for a further 30 secs each side
slice on board serve with mustard and lemon
