Barbecued Black Angus Op Ribs
4 Black Angus Op Ribs, Canola Oil, Butter, Salt and pepper
Remove from fridge 20 mins before cooking.
Brush ribs with olive oil and season liberally with sea salt and black pepper.
Preheat BBQ to hot.
